Personal growth workshops offer a supportive and creative space for small groups to explore inner potential, uncover hidden patterns, and cultivate awareness for meaningful change. These gatherings integrate psychology, creativity, spirituality, and embodied practices to guide participants toward deeper self-discovery.
Depth Psychology & Archetypes
Explore the unconscious influences that shape behavior and beliefs. By working with archetypes, depth psychology, and the collective unconscious, participants gain powerful insights into their personal journeys and the transformations available to them.Creativity & Movement as Pathways
Creativity and movement are vital tools for self-discovery. Through expressive arts, body-based practices, and playful exploration, participants reconnect with their wild selves, body wisdom, and inner creative fire.Shadow Work
Drawing from the teachings of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés and depth-oriented traditions, shadow work invites participants to explore what is hidden, repressed, or stuck. By engaging these aspects, greater freedom, self-expression, and wholeness emerge.Discovering Purpose
Through guided activities, trance work, and reflective practices, participants are supported in clarifying values, life direction, and deeper meaning. Aligning daily life with authentic aspirations.Inner Guidance & Intuition
Workshops cultivate skills to attune to inner wisdom through trance, mindfulness, and intuitive practices. Participants learn to strengthen connection with their authentic selves, fostering curiosity, insight, and trust in their own guidance. -
I strive to walk my talk. My work is guided by curiosity, understanding, and a commitment to creating safe, empowering spaces for healing.
For marginalized individuals, healing often means reconnecting with voice, power, identity, and community. For those with privilege, healing also includes cultivating awareness, accountability, and practices that support equity.
I see systemic oppression, colonialism, and power inequities as real and profound sources of trauma that must be acknowledged in the therapeutic process.
I affirm every person’s right to define and express their sexual, romantic, and gender identities, physical abilities, age, cultural heritage, spiritual beliefs, and chosen forms of relationship. As long as they are rooted in consent and respect.
I also recognize the influence of my own positionally. My whiteness, cisgender identity, advanced education, able-bodiedness, and socioeconomic privilege. I remain committed to ongoing self-reflection, unlearning biases, and staying accountable to both my clients and the communities I serve.
Feedback is always welcome as part of my own growth, both personally and professionally.
"Working with you has transformed my life.
You have provided me with the necessary time to heal and mourn, and I will forever be grateful."
